KSR Group takes over distribution of BSA in selected markets

KSR Group GmbH, a leading provider of modern mobility solutions, and the British motorcycle manufacturer BSA (Birmingham Small Arms) announce their strategic cooperation. From November 1, 2025, KSR Group will take over the distribution of BSA in Germany, Austria, and Greece. At launch, the models BSA Gold Star 650, BSA Scrambler 650, and BSA Bantam 350 will be available.

BSA, once the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and now part of the Indian Mahindra Group, is currently expanding its model range. The BSA Gold Star is a modern version of the legendary single-cylinder bike. Since early September, two more models are available: the BSA Bantam 350 – once the best-selling motorcycle in the world – and the stylish Scrambler 650.

The goal of this cooperation is to quickly build a strong dealer and service network, ensuring customers have reliable access to motorcycles, accessories, and spare parts. KSR Group brings many years of experience in European two-wheel distribution, as well as a well-established and growing partner network in the selected markets.

Michael Kirschenhofer, Managing Director of KSR Group, says:
“We had the opportunity to gain insights into BSA’s long-term product strategy. The development is impressive – Mahindra provides the brand with strong resources. BSA is ready to start the next chapter of its long history, and we are proud to be part of this journey. We also thank Peugeot Motorcycles, part of the Mahindra Group, for their work in building the brand in the DACH region. Now it is time for BSA to grow independently. Peugeot and KSR have agreed on a smooth transition of the distribution activities and are working on its implementation.”
